Real Estate

Real Estate is what I'm considering my bread & butter.  With the ever-changing market people buy, sell and rent properties on a very frequent basis. Especially when it comes to Coachella Valley; we have our snowbirds that live here for 6 months out of a year, we have our weekend or week warriors that come in form all parts of Southern California to take in what this beautiful place has to offer. On top of that we have all the local festivals, like Stagecoach, the Coachella Festival, BNP Tennis tournament etc. So with all of that 'traffic' comes a lot of competition for real estate agents and rental property owners.

If I'm a person looking for a spot to 'crash', the first place I look is the internet and I WANT TO SEE PHOTOS. I'm not going to look twice at homes that don't have good photos. If I can't see how the house flow from one room to another or I can't see the 'space' because of bad lighting, too many shadows or bad colors why would I even consider calling the agent?
So it's absolutely crucial  to have photos that separate you from the competition.  Point and shoot with a pop-up flash will not bring you far.  So this is where I come in.  I take what I've learned through countless hours of shooting a vast range of different room set-ups where conditions is never the same and I use my knowledge of the fundamentals of photography to make your property look like it needs to be in Better Homes & Gardens magazine.
